The LifeWatch ERIC BEeS: abstract book, video recordings and more!
Hosted by the University of Seville, not far from LifeWatch ERIC’s headquarters, the bustling reunion allowed 150 participants from LifeWatch ERIC, its National Nodes, and the broader biodiversity and ecosystem research community to present their work in person. The enthusiasm was tangible, and LifeWatch ERIC could offer a rich programme, featuring 65 presentations from 13 different countries.
Of course, LifeWatch Belgium was also present with a number of interesting presentations:
  • Pan-European data prism for ecopatch mapping | Julien Radoux
  • The LifeWatch Species Information Backbone: an update and perspectives | Stefanie Dekeyzer
  • How Belgian fish tracking research benefits from the LifeWatch Virtual Research Environment of ETN | Jan Reubens
  • Bio-Oracle Version 3: Enhancing High-Resolution Marine Datasets for Ecological Modelling and Climate Change Predictions | Salvador Fernández Bejarano
  • Major threats to the Earth’s biodiversity and ecosystem health | chair: Lennert Schepers
