The GBIF Secretariat currently has three job openings within the informatics team based in Copenhagen.

The Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF) is seeking to recruit three staff members to join its informatics team: a Technical Liaison as a senior staff member to provide strategic leadership in biodiversity informatics and delivery of open data infrastructure, and a Web Developer and Software Developer (data team) to reinforce GBIF’s ability to deliver high-quality tools for publishing and using biodiversity data.

    The twaite shad, a migratory fish that once disappeared from the Scheldt River due to pollution, has made a remarkable return in the past decade.
