![]() Description
Atlantic mackerel (Scomber scombrus) were tagged with acoustic telemetry tags by GEOMAR in the North of Germany. These data will help identify migration patterns and the extent of their movements in the greater Nort East Atlantic Area. Data gathered will be used to build a Digital Twin prototype of the North Sea. Scope Themes: Biology, Biology > Acoustics, Biology > Fish, Fisheries > Fish stocks/catches/taggings, Physical > Underwater acoustics Keywords: Marine/Coastal, Acoustic data, Acoustic detection, Acoustic tags, Acoustic Tags, Acoustic telemetry, Acoustic Telemetry, Acoustic tracking, Animal Project, Animal tracking, Tracking data, Greater North Sea, incl. the Kattegat and the English Channel, Scomber scombrus Linnaeus, 1758 Geographical coverage Greater North Sea, incl. the Kattegat and the English Channel [Marine Regions] Temporal coverage
