For this manuscript 3 datasets are available that all analyze 12 Bulk samples of macrobenthos from the Belgian North Sea. These samples were used: 1. For NovaSeq shotgun metagenomics 2. For Nanopore metabarc oding of amplicons from a COI region 3. For Illumina MiSeq metabarcoding of amplicons from the exact same COI region. This is the data for from the Oxford Nanopore run.
