International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium (IGARSS) - online
On behalf of the IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society and the IGARSS 2021 Organizing Committee, the 41st annual IGARSS symposium is organized. The "International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium" (IGARSS) is a virtual conference with more than 1,500 oral presentations and more than 1,000 multimedia presentations. You get to know the latest advances in the discipline of Geoscience and Remote Sensing.
A custom-designed virtual environment including virtual 3D rooms is set up to showcase products and services in the exhibition hall, to chat with your colleague experts in geoscience & remote sensing, and to search or share job offers via a dedicated job fair.
The conference organisation is a joint effort of the Low Countries, the Netherlands and Belgium, with Crossing Borders as the overall theme of the conference.
On July 13th, 17:40 CET, Mathilde De Vroey from the LifeWatch Wallonia-Brussels team will in the Biodiversity and Vulnerable Ecosystems session, speak about "Performance assessment of the SEN4CAP mowing detection algorithm on al large reference data set of managed grasslands".
