Abstract
Six species of the family Ethmolaimidae, including the new species Comesa platti sp. n., are identified from the Western part of the Channel (Baie de Morlaix). Within the genus Comesa, whichhas eleven species at present, the new species is characterized by its short cephalic setae, the anterior position of the amphids, the absence of lateral differentiation and the presence of 9-11 precloacal supplements.
