Abstract
A new species, Hadyrhyncha meridionalis, is described from the upper Famennian of southern (Draa Valley, Maïder, Tafilalt, Zemoul) and perhaps central (northern Meseta) Morocco. The only other known species of the genus is the type species, H. hadyensis Havitcek, 1979, from the late Famennian Hady Limestone of Moravia (Czech Republic), and also recorded from south-eastern Thuringia (Germany).
