| Abstract |
The applicability of carbon dioxide snow for the quick refrigeration and low temp transport of prepacked fish was tested. The system appeared to be efficient. For rapid cooling of fish {approx} 5% carbon dioxide snow is required. For refrigerated transport {approx} 10% should be added when the outside temp is <10°C. At higher temp, 20% is necessary. |
