20th VLIZ Marine Science Day 2020 - CANCELLED

Due to COVID-20 the 20th edition of the VLIZ Marine Science Day is cancelled.

The 20th edition of the VLIZ Marine Science Day 2020 will be a special one. Celebrating its 20th anniversary, VLIZ wants to break boundaries once more. All the more reason to make #VMSD20 stand out!

For this edition, we revamped the program substantially, with plenty of opportunities for each of you to actively present your work and interact. New this year are two time slots where participants can select a variety of parallel interactive sessions. Read more on the link below how to apply and to find the preliminary program.

The VLIZ Marine Science Day #VMSD has become an established event for all marine and coastal scientists in Flanders/Belgium and its neighbouring regions. More than 400 – mostly young – marine and coastal experts from all disciplines come to this event to share knowledge from lectures, posters, demonstrations and interactive sessions. Not to be missed!
