Description
The Department of Wildlife, Fish and Environmental Studies, at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU), operates a number of acoustic telemetry networks both nationally and internationally. We consider some of our networks as permanent, as we aim to keep some infrastructure in place indefinitely. That said, the exact position and the number of receivers will change over time. Here we present our 69kHz network in and around Baltic proper. This network is led primarily by Dr. Gustav Hellström. Scope Themes: Biology, Biology > Acoustics, Biology > Fish Keywords: Marine/Coastal, Acoustic arrays, Acoustic data, Acoustic detection, Acoustic devices, Acoustic receivers, Acoustic telemetry, Acoustic Telemetry, Biotelemetry, Fish behaviour, Fish migration, Fish tracking, Telemetry systems, Transmitter receivers, ANE, Baltic, Baltic Proper, North Baltic proper, South Baltic proper, Acipenser oxyrhynchus Mitchill, 1814, Anguillidae Rafinesque, 1810, Esox lucius Linnaeus, 1758, Pisces, Salmonidae Jarocki or Schinz, 1822 Geographical coverage ANE, Baltic, Baltic Proper [Marine Regions] North Baltic proper [Marine Regions] South Baltic proper [Marine Regions] Temporal coverage
