Description
"Silver European eels were tagged with acoustic transmitters to map their migration routes in the Frémur River. The Frémur River is an obstructed river in Brittany and representative of the western coastal hydrosystem of France. It contains the 14 m high Bois-Joli dam, located at 5 km from the estuary. The study observed that many silver eels face difficulties to overcome the dam and reach the sea.
